Lunch @ Le Meridien

Every year, each staff is given an allocation of RM100 by the company, to be utilised before end of the year. Tak kesah nak pi buat apa aktiviti pun. Usually we will have a good lunch among the department on weekday. Nak pi weekend banyak plak excuse nya, including myself le..

On Monday, 13 Dec '10, we went to the Latest Recipe, Le Meridien, Jalan Stesen Sentral. Ada suggestion pi Crown Plaza la, Mandarin Oriental la, at last pi kat sini. Food considered ok la.. It was a buffet lunch. Biasa la I ni, bila buffet, mana rasa mcm nak mkn dulu, tu la yg I amik, takde nak rasa2 dah.

Food that I had on that day :

round 1

nasi beriyani, chicken curry (cooked with herbs, fresh cream and coriander leaves), plain udang curry, keropok udang, sambal goreng jawa, acar timun, cili rendam dgn youghurt (pedas n masin) dan jeruk betik..

round 2

 cream pasta (penne), cooked with beef, mushrom, herbs.. chef tanya nak pedas tak..  sure boleh.. dia masak kat situ jugak dlm small pan.. ha kau diletaknya cili padi.. but it was delicious.. a mix of creamy n pedas..

my friend ordered this, as usual spaghetti bolognese, still tanya nak pedas tak.. cam biasa je.. so tak pedas lah.. compared to mine, I nye lagi best.. 

round 3

 a mix of everything, ada keropok udang (sedap sangatkah? i likeee), chinese dim sum, sushi, sambal goreng jawa dan tidak ketinggalan steamed prawn + thousand island di bawah..

 ada a line of steamed sea food, I nampak udang n oyster.. so amik udang je sebab tak makan oyster..

round 4

 waffle with peanut butter, honey dew, strawberry, and last but not least 3 scoops of choc n vanilla ice cream.. tu yg paling sedap.. yummylicious...

kekenyangan.. eerrkkk alhamdulillah..

The rate is RM88++ per pax. Adakah berbaloi dengan apa yg telah dimakan??? Ha tu lah namanya buffet.. Banyak mana sangat la boleh dimakan dlm masa yg singkat.. Tengok the food that I had, mcm tak pandai mkn jer.. tah hape2 pun iye. Another thing kalo buffet ni, nak bangun 5 6 7 kali tu.. ala malasnya lah..
