Work @ Seoul : Namdaemun

Namdaemun Market is a large traditional market in Seoul. It is located next to Namdaemun, the "Great South Gate," which was the main southern gate to the old city. This market is one of Korea's largest wholesale markets covers over 10 acres. It is filled with over thousand shops, stalls, retailers, street vendors, and has several department stores nearby. Here you can find clothes, shoes, fabrics, tableware, flowers, vegetables, ginseng products, toys, and watches.

It’s about 20 mins walking distance from the apartment. Namdemun if in M’sia, is like Petaling Street cuma bezanya dia lagi besaaarrr amat… Ada byk entrance to this market, so kena igt kat mana masuknya, senang nak keluar. Kalo idak alamat sesat le.. I byk beli souvenir kat sini.

There is an orange building selling accessories here. Memang gila kejap masuk sini la. I beli byk jugak brooch. Jumpa jugak few orang M’sia kat sini. I pergi skali je sebab this building closes at 6.00 pm. Ada 1 day, dapat balik awal trus rush to this place.

necklace, bangles, pendants.. geram sgt tgk..

brooch, dari sekecil2nya hingga ke sebesar2nya.. sume cantek2..

with shop owner (brooch) yg kitorang borong..

I tak byk amik gambar kat market itself. Shopping pun usually malam. Dah siang ke opis kann.. Jalan malam pun sorang2 jer.. Orang lain pi ngan family, malas nak kacau. Tak rasa takut pun..

Snap satu pic at market, tapi rasa cam tah hape2 je. Itu pun masa last day nak balik, very early in the morning, kedai pun tak bukak lg. Selalu datg malam, mata dah rambang dan busy asyik nak membeli aje kan, tak teringat nak snap pics around.

Next : Dongdaemun
