Somewhere in May '10..
Ada satu coklat bar which I have been keeping for a while. My colleague nak makan so I bagi la. Kebetulan masa dia dah nak suap masuk mulut, I ternampak plak ada maggot (ulat) dok bergerak kat situ . Terus la dia tak jadik makan. Kalau I, dah tak boleh makan, buang aje la..
Tapi my colleague 2 orang ni tak puas hati. Nak komplen kat company tu. Dia orang kata it's our right as a customer untuk komplen. So they managed to speak to the officer in charge - bahagian Customer Service rasanya.. Kalo ikutkan expiry is about another one year - 2011. So the officer pun kata ok we will replace with "a bag of choclate". Very much oklah kan.
Two days after, the officer pun delivered the "bag of choclate" to our office. Mak ai, tu dia banyaknya.. I rasa mau total value dekat RM100. Ye la yang I beli tak sampai RM4 tapi dia pulang berpuluh kali ganda.. Coklat tu kami bahagi among ourselves dan kawan2 lain dapat merasa gak..
taraaaa... mabuk cokelat jap..
So guys.. after this, if you experience the same thing, you know what to do right...
